Our philosophy is to create unique gastronomic experiences, personalized for each event and its attendees, inspired by the Iberian Peninsula and its culture, in the exclusive environment that the Algarve offers us. Our commitment is sustainability, the conscious use of resources and respect for the environment. We are committed to the proximity and temporality of local producers and artisans, who are the ones that fill our pantry. We flee from massification, globalization and imposed rules. We dream of a different world… The kitchen is constantly evolving and so are we. We explore new techniques, cooking and preservation methods, an immense amount of possibilities and a unique variety. A fascinating alchemy that allows us to play in the kitchen and do what truly fulfills us… enjoy doing what we like and be able to transmit our passion.

Hello! I am Agustí, passionate about gastronomy with Spanish roots. My fascination with discovering gastronomic cultures let me to work as a chef and advisor in various businesses in the sector. After selling my restaurant, I decided to take some time to reinvent myself. This trip let me to the charming Algarve, where Iberian Feeling was born, a project that reflects my love for cooking and gastronomic experiences.
